LAZADA WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Policy – All products purchased through Taihe Electronics Lazada Platform:
保修政策-通过泰和电子Lazada平台购买的所有产品: 


Within 7-days after purchasing 购买后7天内:

-          Please check product compatibility immediately once you received the item.
请在收到商品后立即检查产品的兼容性。

-          Contact our Lazada customer service immediately in the case where product purchased is not compatible with your device.
如果购买的产品与您的设备不兼容,请立即联系我们的 Lazada 客户服务。

-          Refunding of the item is only available through Lazada platform within 7-days period of transaction. Taihe store does not provide refunding service.
所有商品的退款只能在交易后的 7 天内通过 Lazada 平台进行。泰和门店不提供退款服务。

 

Within Warranty period 保修期内:

-          Please approach to our Lazada customer service if there is any malfunction happened with the product within warranty period. We will determine the problem and find the most appropriate solution for you.
如果产品在保修期内发生任何故障,请联系我们的 Lazada 客户服务。我们将确定问题并为您找到最合适的解决方案。

-          After-sale service is based on appointment-schedule, Taihe store service is not available to customer without appointment.
售后服务以预约制为准,未预约的顾客无法享受泰和门店服务。

-          In the case where malfunction is resulting from defects in products purchased, Taihe will repair or replace to solve the issue.
如果故障因购买的产品存在缺陷而导致,泰和将维修或更换以解决问题,

-          In the case where malfunction is not resulting from defects in product, it is not covered under Taihe warranty policy, Taihe can repair the issue provided customer agrees to pay the repair/replacement service fee and parts cost.
如果故障不是由于产品缺陷引起,则不在泰和保修责任范围内。如果客户同意支付维修/更换服务费和配件费用,泰和可以修复问题。

-          Refunding of product is not available at Taihe store during warranty period.
保修期内泰和门店不提供退货服务。

 

Out of Warranty超出保修期:

-          Malfunction is not covered out of warranty period.
超出保修期的故障不在保修范围内。

-          Taihe can repair or replace the defective component. The customer shall pay the repair/replacement service fees and parts cost.
泰和可以维修或更换故障部件。客户应支付维修/更换服务费用和零件成本。
